By accessing and using this platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity performed through your account will be your sole responsibility.
Strict Warning: Sharing personal contact information such as WhatsApp numbers, Telegram IDs, Phone numbers, or Emails in the chat box is strictly prohibited.
Our AI Moderator constantly monitors conversations. Attempting to bypass the system to deal outside the platform will result in an immediate and permanent account suspension without notice.
All payments must be made through the platform's secure wallet system. Funds for an order are held in escrow by the system and are only released to the developer once the client approves the work.
To maintain the platform, a service fee (Commission) is applied to every transaction.
Developers must deliver the work within the agreed deadline. If the deadline expires, a 24-hour Grace Period begins. Failure to respond or mark the order as successful within this period will result in an automatic cancellation and full refund to the client.
If a conflict arises between a client and a developer, either party can file a report. Our Admin team will audit the chat logs and evidence to provide a fair resolution. The Admin’s decision in these matters is final.
Gig boosting is a paid service to increase visibility. While we guarantee a minimum reach, we do not guarantee specific sales. If the minimum target views are not met within the duration, a proportional refund will be credited to the developer's wallet.
We reserve the right to suspend any account or block IP addresses found engaging in fraudulent activities, harassment, or multiple violations of our terms. Suspended accounts may lose access to their remaining balance.
